Lack of personal attention at front desk from personnel. Also Never have I been asked for out of pocket expenses for very little body work next to damage area covered by insurance. Your shop has lost a repeat customer.

At the start I felt there was a lack of communication...we figured it out towards the end that I was not getting text messages because I was not registered for that when I did sign up for that. However, Ricky was always helpful and pleasant to talk to when I always called. He very helpful and informative throughout the whole the process! Ricky is awesome! I am very happy with the customer service.
