I have had work done twice. Both times I had to bring my car back. One time to replace a cracked headlight that was supposed to be replaced and showed in the estimate. A second time I had to bring my car back because the door panel wasn't fit back on correctly. The employees are friendly though and do an awesome job of letting you know what stage your car is in.

Always helpful. Though I asked to be dropped off after leaving my car by using the shuttle service. I was told someone would be out to drive me. I ended up waiting 30 minutes in the shop and ended up calling Uber because no one told me a mechanic was working and was to drive me when he completed a certain task.
