Basically I brought car in for door lock repair that was actually fixed at your shop. It was suggested to replace a part which I authorized. After replacing the part the door locks no longer worked.I returned car to have it looked at. I was informed that additional cost was needed to fix locks. During repair I was never informed that there was an additional issue , locks just stop working. I thought I should be able to get my car in the condition which it was delivered for the part replacement. There are more details and I’m pretty sure I was lied to, but that’s basically a customers view of the experience.
