The automated texts said the same thing. Actually talking to the manager told us the true situation. There was a delay in getting the taillight to complete the repair. It took a week to come in. Why wasn’t it ordered the day we brought the car in?

When I took the car they were very nice, explain the 2 possibilities they can do to fix my car. First they told me they going to call me and let me know what kind of work they'll do. Never call. After a week , I called to check on the status and they say it will be ready in two day. I when to pick it and David gave me attitude because I point out they didn't do what they explain they could have done. Told me he will talk to his supervision, and I wait, supervisor didn't come to talk to me. The experience was not what I expect it will be.
