The owner is awesome and looks out for the customer first. The front desk lady is pleasant and will keep you informed throughout the process. If you have a question or concern, you will be heard and appreciated and not fussed at for asking. I would certainly do business with Carstar SC Motors again if the need arises.

They got my car fixed and good as new after I had been in a wreck. I didn’t have rental coverage through insurance but they gave me a rental and worked with me so I wasn’t going to be stressed about money! I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for a repair shop.
