Not know the repair shop I kept an open mind. I will say I was very pleased with the process from the beginning to the end. Ely was very professional and genuine in his concern regarding my repair. The work was done in a very timely manner. Carstar is on my list as a quality body shop.

The car had issues upon being delivered to CarStar. Now the car can’t sit at a red light without shaking insanely. Something it did. It do when it went in. Car star said there not mechanics yet they kept resetting the computer. I got hit by a deer and they didn’t even check the suspension. On top of it they never contacted me before they started to order parts and start working. Don’t sign anything till u see the estimate.

First of all they left the car worse. They never called and told me about the estimate. I had to call and track someone down. The dent in the front looks like it was painted. It still dented. Light fixture was not even changed. They reset the car several times. Why if your not mechanics. Bad service go somewhere else.

Spectrum has an amicable and experienced staff. They worked well, it appeared, with the GEICO adjuster and the staff pays attention to detail and seems to possess the artisan skills of yesterday. Car returned clean, polished and on time. Score 10 out of 10.
