and the only reason why I’m giving it at eight and not 10 is that I had a couple of nearby little dings and it would’ve been lovely if they would’ve said to me hey do you want us to take care of these things also, obviously for an additional price… but no one did. However I’m very happy with what they did and the customer service was wonderful!

The project manager(Mr.Alias) and the receptionist(Ms. KIKI) lead the way, providing care, patience and a friendly supportive environment at one of the most stressful moments in a customer's life. Nobody likes to be involved in an accident, but,they made me feel so at ease for the duration of the repair that I wished all my communications experiences with businesses were so clear and so precise. They set my mind at ease and showed me that they knew their professions. I hope that I won't need them in the future, but, should I get into an accident I wouldn't hesitate to call CARSTAR SPECTRUM for assistance.

The service was great, very professional from beginning to end. The receptionist was kind and professional. I called back the day after I picked up the car with some questions I was told to bring it right back so they could look at it, no questions asked.
