Great customer service from the front office staff and expert technical staff. They worked with my insurance company, State Farm on the repairs needed. In addition inspected an problem a problem I had with the tailgate lift to find there wasn’t a problem that the dealer told me there was which meant a $500 savings for me. The office staff coordinated with Enterprise to pick me up and to get the car when I returned to get my car! I highly recommend them. I would go back. State Farm recommended them to me as their highest rated shop.

I received an appointment right a way and was offered to coordinate with Enterprise should I need to rent a car. The technical and mechanical staff explained the resolution and repairs went well and finished to my confidant satisfaction. The administrative staff indeed arranged for Enterprise to pick me up and to have the car picked up on site when I returned it. This was so efficient and thoughtful of them. In addition to the repairs through my insurance coverage with State Farm, they also took a look at a tailgate lift and was able to correct the problem without new parts, just with their skills. Very grateful for their service and will be going back.
