I love the slogan this company has, "Relax, we'll take it from here." That's exactly what I experienced when I had my car repaired. I felt I didn't need to worry about anything. Of course, I was nervous when it happened and I didn't know what to expect because this was my first time having a car incident in the US. I'm very thankful for the encouragement and sunshine that Vicky brought. How she welcomed me made me sure I’m entrusting it to a great company. I'm grateful to Jorge for his great estimation. It took almost exactly as he said and I was amazed at how my car looked after the repair as if nothing happened. It got repaired quickly, too. The car rental process that you guys helped out with through Enterprise made it easy for me. Thank you everyone for taking good care of my Lexus! I actually feel better knowing that whatever happens, I have Carstar to fix my car and bring it back to how it was. Very grateful for your excellent service! God bless you, guys!
