My car looks good as new and the person that did the initial walk around (Paul) I think was fast and efficient. I was going on vacation so I told them when I would be back and they said it wasn’t going to be a problem. Victoria was very friendly and also efficient.

I had to bring my car back 3 times. My car was not installed back correctly. Theqiring to my alarm we as not installed correctly and the damage to my door was not fixed by properly. I had to to record the workers to be make sure it was done properly

The body shop is in New York and we have residence in Columbus, Ohio and Fort Myers, FL. If I lived in West Nyack New York, I would certainly recommend them.

Great service,they pick up my car , kept me inform of the procedure that follow and when the car was finished ,I got a call days ahead letting me know the day the last parts for the job was coming in and the exact day the car was ready to be pick up. Vicky was amazing , she understood my worries and kept me aware and told me all was going to be fine and she empathy with what I was going through with the whole accident process . The whole personnel was very polite but they really know their craft, I was told to ride the car for a few miles and that all was going to feel like it used to be and they where right my car is back and I am happy.
