CARSTAR was absolutely wonderful. The staff were friendly and patient. They explained the process to me and that includes the repair that would be done on my car as well as the insurance claim process. Brandon and Lourdes were so kind and directed me every step of the way, even help me call and arrange for a rental car. Their staff were great also, friendly and hardworking. We also chatted about our experience living in SF so my experience at CARSTAR was just wonderful and I am a happy customer. I would recommend CARSTAR to anyone who needs car body repair.
