I was referred to Car Star by my insurance company,Kemper and Kevin helped me through the whole process, I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Their entire process was streamlined, organized, and very thorough from start to finish. My back bumper was damaged in a hit-and-run while my car was parked at a store. They repaired the bumper beautifully—honestly, it looks even better than before! Kevin also went above and beyond by taking care of a few extra marks and scratches around my vehicle. Since I have a white car, every little imperfection is noticeable, so I truly appreciated the extra attention to detail. My car looks amazing now—better than ever! They even buffed the entire vehicle, bringing back its shine and making it look almost brand new again. Everyone there was incredibly kind, thoughtful, and genuinely seemed to care about their customers. I highly recommend Car Star to anyone looking for quality repairs and outstanding customer service!
