Other than taking the car to Lexus and they pull the record for the battery and it had only 3500 miles of use and was good and didn’t need to be replace , the score would have been 10 on everything.

Everything about the repair appears to-be well done. The completion date was confusing with text setting the date back farther and when finished I was notified by phone. They call to tell me I needed a new battery for replacement Lexus checked the battery and it was good. I drop my car off with a good battery with no problems. Their body work look good every thing seem to line up ok. Telling me I needed a new battery seem like a hustle?
