They made the process very easy. And very fast, I got my car in a week, and it looks great. I didn't have to do with anything going through my insurance or nothing. They did everything, and it's pet friendly.And that's what I loved everyone is very friendly it's a location. It was close to the house as well. Very easy to find. I super recommend this place

The best service i've had in a long time for any purchases. They gave me my car back like new, & finished five days early. I was notified every step of the way which I was very impressed by. The everyone was friendly , accurate & new what they were doing. CJ was amazing too!! Everything from beginning to end was stress free for me. State Farms really recommended the BEST!

You have a very welcoming shop. Everyone I spoke with was friendly. I loved the texts I received throughout the repair. I have zero idea what you do, so it's all about trust, and I trusted everything you said. My only complaint is the 3% fee you add for credit cards. Just like restaurants adding fees so "everyone earns a fair wage," I wish they'd incorporate that into their menu cost, and I wish you'd add that to the price you charge for labor. You need to make a fair wage, and I understand that, but I feel like these extra charges are nickel-and-diming us at every opportunity. My car looks great, and for that, I thank you.

My vehicle was in your shop for 3 weeks and still could not be repaired. To start off the wheel/rim was ordered incorrectly. It should be an 8" and an 8.5" was put on. The larger wheel size is rubbing on the inside against the strut. Tie rods were both damaged, possibly when trying to force an alignment. The level of incompetence is ridiculous! I'm thankful it is now in possession of BMW and will be repaired properly. No need to call me.
