The beginning of the process. I was promised an estimate sent by email, did not receive it. I received all other emails. I called to set up a repair appointment, was told I would receive a call back the next day to set up repair, did not receive call. After overcoming these hurdles, everything else was very good!

Sarah gave us great customer service! She made sure our vehicle was available for pickup before the weekend and first thing On Friday morning so we could go on our out of town trip. Also, the picture and progress update information was echos the A+ customer Service that Car Star Troy provides. Enterprise rental car being next door was super convenient, and an easy transaction. It is obvious that quality is paramount at Car Star Troy. Our vehicle looks brand new. You would never even know that our bumper was damaged. The repair gets an A+!
