Just noticed last night 12/18/17 the black rubber molding around the repaired side panel above the tire is hanging loose. I thought, how could this be when we have not driven the car much since last Thursday. Then after running my fingers inside the metal molding, one if the brackets to hold the trim in place is loose and moves easily. I know this was unintentional, but still of concern about the work and what about final inspection. We are out of town, but will be stopping by Saturday to see if you are open for someone to check and correct.

Would give a 10 but since you close at 5:00pm I needed to take off work early to pick up my vehicle. Even being open till 5:30pm would be nice.

Repairs were great! Personnel (Sandy) was very professional and competent. We were happy that the operation of the door and the problem was fixed. The only complaint was how dirty the inside of the car was when we got it back. It was clean when we took it in and very dusty on the inside when finished! We had to go home and clean it.
