Truck looked amazing when we picked it up! Sandy went above and beyond! The inside was cleaned as well, that was an unexpected surprise. They kept us updated all week on the progress of the fender replacement and we were nothing but 100 percent satisfied!!!

They should not say a car is ready at 4:20 PM when I have to drive 30 minutes to their location. Also, there was construction where I couldnāt use the ramp and had to do a detour, but I made it in time. Unnecessary stress.

Very smooth process. Very nice people. Only issue I had was that I had to call back in and ask about any additionally care I need to take on the car after repair (not to wash it for 60-90) and when I picked up the van no one explained what they had to do. Just here are the keys
