I had to file a claim on my brand new 4runner due to the Chattanooga, TN, April 12, 2020, tornado. I was only in Chattanooga due to celebrating Easter with my parents. State Farm immediately sent my information over to Carstar and within minutes I received a call from Zack. He was absolutely wonderful. From the start, Zack was empathetic, kind and very patient. He understood how much I loved my 4Runner and did everything he could to make sure it was perfect. Every couple of days he would call me to make sure my family was doing okay and give me a status on my SUV. Not only did he provide me with a "guess-timate" of when my SUV would be ready, but it was ready ON TIME!! That almost never happens. I will always refer people to him and if I ever want cosmetic work, or heaven forbid need disaster work done to my car, I will always call him and his team first!!!

There are a couple of things on the bill that doesn’t look like they have been done. Like the roof molding and the back glass. Neither were damaged when I sent it in and neither were replaced but they were both on the bill
