We dropped off my Explorer on Monday and picked it up on Thursday. The whole process was quick and easy. Todd B was very helpful and made everything simple. I was pleasantly surprised that my car was ready in just four days. I would definitely recommend this collision shop to all my family and friends.

A BIG Thank you to Todd! I had a great experience with the service department. The entire process was quick, easy, and stress-free. I brought my Explorer in on Monday, and it was ready for pickup by Thursday. The staff kept me informed throughout the repair process, and everything was completed as promised. I really appreciated the efficiency, professionalism, and excellent customer service. It's not often that car repairs go this smoothly. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing vehicle service and will gladly return in the future.

I am concerned that if simple repairs did not receive the attention to detail expected, what would occur with a major repair?

The front door hinge brackets were installed as required by a recall. It appears holes were drilled through the inner door panel, chipping the surrounding paint and exposing bare metal. No primer or paint was applied before the rivets were installed. It appears the door is now at greater risk of corrosion than prior to the repair approved for the recall.

No complaints at all about the repair. Jonathan, Christine, and Courtney were professional, friendly, and the guys who also did the collision work are top notch. But customer service was beyond remarkable when they called and said they had a loaner vehicle at no charge until the work on our truck was complete! THANK YOU!! Best service!! And Jonathan taking the time to call right away and speak to my husband about the mirrors was once again over and above!!
