My Experience

I vehichle Isn't completely finished.

My Experience

I only have good thing to say about my recent experience with Village Ford's Collision Shop. Everyone was very professional and easy to work with. The status updates were great!

My Experience

Professional , prompt .

My Experience

I was disappointed to find that my car interior reeked of a strong chemical smell. I had to drive home with the windows down because it was so bad. After a day of having the windows open there was still that stink, so I went through my car looking for a rag or something that might have been left behind. I found a faint blue imprint of a hand on the passenger door panel, who ever made it used a very strong paint remover to clean it. I know that doing auto body repairs your hands can get dirty, but use a little common sense and wash them before doing anything to the interior. This one thing ruined whatever goodwill I had for Village Ford.

My Experience

All repairs were done within the promised timeframe, and the brief email updates were reassuring. My car looks great! As a retired "front desk" person, I appreciate Peggy's efficiency.

My Experience
