Mardik and Jen are two of the sweetest people I’ve met in the Auto Body world. Jen was very straightforward throughout the process and updated me constantly. Mardik also did a wonderful job fixing my car after it had been rear-ended and needed a full back replacement. I couldn’t recommend them more : )

They are courteous and kind and they did a good job. They gave me the car clean and washed. I would recommend them. They are good people, but they are a little expensive.

Overall, very satisfied with the team and CarStar VIP. They kept me posted on the progress of my car, stuck to the original deadline of when they would have my car done, allowed to pay over the phone and release the car for a friend to pickup, and kept they're promises on the total cost of the vehicle. A special thanks to Juan who reached out to me initially and got me a great deal on all the repairs. I would also like to thank Matt, Jen, and the whole auto body repair team for doing an outstanding job. Hopefully, I won't need your services anytime soon, but in the future you have locked in my business and I will refer anyone I know to you guys. Thanks again!

This repair was finished ahead of schedule and I could never tell that there ever was any type of accident. Paint color was excellent and several aberrations in the plastic bumper from the vehicle that hit me were magically removed leaving me to wonder how is that possible? Kudos to the body work team at Carstar.

The quality of repairs was fantastic — my car looked amazing, and they went above and beyond by doing additional work at no charge, which really showed their dedication to doing the best job possible. Customer service was top-tier. Everyone was kind, responsive, and made me feel valued throughout the process. Jen, in particular, was amazing — she even came back from her lunch break just to assist me, which meant a lot. Communication was excellent; I received texts every two days that kept me updated and gave me peace of mind. Even though there was a delay caused entirely by the insurance company, the shop’s transparency and consistent updates helped ease the stress. I never felt left in the dark despite the insurance holding things up for weeks. I did not have to return for any additional work because the initial repair was thorough and high quality. Whenever I called, my questions were answered promptly and clearly, which made the entire experience smooth and reassuring. Overall, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend CARSTAR VIP Auto Body to friends and family. Their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile — especially during circumstances beyond their control — truly set them apart.
