Except for Enterprise Car Rental giving me a car with a flat tire. Then, having to wait for AAA about an hour to replace the tire with a spare. Enterprise then sent me to Firestone, taking 2 hours to fix a nail in the tire having myself only driven the rental 2.9 miles to my home. This has no reflection on Carstar whatsoever but I chalk it up to my bad luck.

The repair to the dented panel was great, however there was a new scratch on the next panel that was not there when I dropped it off. They did a spot paint job which is not perfect but good enough and I agreed to accept it. While at the shop they replaced the door handle, when I got home I realized the door did not lock. So I had to take it back to the shop again to have it fixed correctly. So long story short, the car is back and it is fine, just more trouble than expected.
