There is still a hole in the plastic piece right next to the hood between windshield and hood. My wife said that you will actually pointed that out to her before you even took the car in and showed her it needed to be fixed. I think you forgot about it.

Bumper never fixed. Pretty sure they claimed they replaced it with an aftermarket but it is still twisted the same way it went in as.
