The headlights were not up to standard. The right one did not work and the left one was foggy and had some condensation. We had to schedule another appointment to have those items repaired and the interaction with the manager was not positive in the least. The headlights were fixed in the end.

I would give the receptionists a 10 but the manager a definite zero. He was degrading to me on the phone and in person, trying to tell me I installed the bulbs and was being deceitful and that is why they did not work. This not only happened on the phone but again in person when I picked up the vehicle the second time in person. Completely unacceptable and very unprofessional businessman.

Upon pick up my keyfob wouldn't unlock the door keylessly. While driving it continually alerted me of a faulty keyless entry. I believe you have damaged the sensor in the handle and will be back tomorrow to complain and have fixed. This job also took about double the time told from the beginning. And a wrong emblem was ordered that I have to go back yet again to have put on.

Carstar was wonderful with my car. The appraisal process was fast and they did all the paperwork with my insurance. I just had to set up a date to get the repair completed. Also, the car was cleaned and even vacuumed inside, they even shined my tires. 😜. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ stars for sure! Thanks, Racheal
