Had bee told I would receive Emails regarding repair details and document to sign for work to start, and not sure what was up, but never received any emails and so I went in personally. In person service representatives seemed knowledgeable.

Talk about good customer service! The ladies up front were kind, patient, knowledgeable, and communicative. 🙂 Starting with my initial calls to find a repair shop after my accident. I’ve never had an accident and didn’t know how the whole insurance systems worked. Jennifer was super knowledgeable and friendly and patient to explain the process. They completely took the reigns. I didn’t worry about a thing during the process.
