Received my vehicle 3 days after the initial quote. But otherwise seems to look and be okay. Parts seem decent so far, paint looks good and the color match seems pretty spot on.

Was a little standoffish at first. Made it a point I could take my vehicle elsewhere. But it was through another individuals insurance company so I couldn’t really. But things got better, became more friendly talkative and inviting

I have used Car Star for decades. I started using the Weldon Springs location when it opened. The Weldon Spring is awesome! My driverside door had a smooth large concaved bubble under the door handle. Jennifer knew immediately what was wrong. While the car was in the shop, I had a few dings corrected. My 2021 red Avalon looks as good as it did the day I bought it.

Not a good choice it took over a month to get the car in , and the experience was not good.

Work was delayed; dates were given and missed. Updates were unreliable and I had to check in repeatedly. Even when the work was alleged to be completed it was not correct. The work was delayed an additional week because the cruise control needed to be calibrated and had to be sent to the dealer. Even after the car was delivered, I found that the cruise control was totally non-functional. I was scheduled to move this week and had to put off the move because I had no car. I am now in Arkansas and the work is still not complete.

Excellent experience! Everyone was polite and professional. Carstar as a whole kept me up to date on my estimate and repairs. Car was finished a day early and looks like I never had a problem in the first place! Even vacuumed the front seats and cleaned the car, so it was a nice little extra bit of service provided. I’m very pleased by the work everyone provided for me! Appreciate you all!

Carstar was amazing. They helped get a rental car and made it one less thing i needed to worry about. My car was completed super fast and when i recieved the car it was so clean and spotless. 10/10 will recommend this shop to anyone
