Great service! Very impressed with the clean modern office. I only visited the jungermann location for drop off and pick up, but service was done at the Weldon spring location. Work looks great, love the lifetime warranty on repairs for peace of mind. My only issues were 1. It was a long wait for an appointment to be available and since you guys are a USAA approved shop I was willing to wait to make the process easier, but that’s also probably because you guys are so good that you book up. You did have the best Google reviews rating of the USAA shops in the area so I wanted to stick with you for that reason as well. 2 I noticed were that my gas mileage had tanked after I picked it up, maybe they had the car running a lot to stay warm or something? And 3 the floor panel in my trunk (that covers the well for the spare tire) was shoved down deeper into the trunk than it’s supposed to. I thought it was missing at first and panicked a little but then realized it was pushed in instead of resting on top (if that makes sense). I’m not sure why they wouldn’t have needed to get into my spare tire well though. My husband suggested maybe they were wiring something. Either way I’m still satisfied overall with my experience and will definitely return if I need any work done on my vehicle in the future, as well as recommended to friends and family.
