The car was returned in an immaculate condition. In addition to the repair, they did a thorough cleaning in and out of the car that made the experience extra pleasant. All staff members were friendly and ease to communicate as well.

Every thing so smooth excellent people there I was really worried but the repair was the repair excellent give Casey a raise very nice and thoughtful every one there that I came into contact with there superb I would highly recommend the place and I now feel better about State Farm I was down on them but carstar put my faith in like a good neighbor Thank you

When scheduling my vehicle drop off for repair, CARSTAR staff told me they arranged my rental car for me. When I talked to my insurance claims person, they said they had to arrange the rental, not CARSTAR, in order to make sure everything was covered since insurance was paying for the rental. When my repair was finished, CARSTAR told me I could leave my rental car at their shop and they would arrange to have the rental company pick it up. When I contacted my insurance company, they suggested I confirm that with the rental company. I called the rental company and they said I could leave the rental at CARSTAR, but I would be responsible for anything that might happen to it until they were able to pick it up and check it in. Basically, CARSTAR is offering to handle things that would theoretically make it easier for a customer, but it doesn't really make things easier if it is going to potentially cause problems with insurance coverage or rental liability. I would have preferred that CARSTAR not make these claims or offers because I would rather know up front what the situation is, rather than starting the process with one assumption and having to find out later that this was not the preferred or proper method of handling things.
