The car looks great and their communication (texts every other day) was great! Rated 8 instead of higher for two reasons: 1) steering was noticeably out of alignment which they apparently didn’t notice, I picked it up and immediately returned it 2) there are grease marks on interior of car they could have cleaned when done with repairs
