There were a few things that didn't line up after having my repair done and I wish to have them fixed because they are very noticeable!

overall very good job. Two minor issues: Rear right quarter panel should have fit better at bottom behind rear door; and I know that it is very difficult to.match metallic paint but maybe could have been a little closer.

The quality of the repair was good; However, there were several issues of concern for me that has me seriously contemplating if I will ever purchase another vehicle from yark auto.

NEVER have I or my family experienced such ineptcustomer service. From the lack of updates, to lack of returning phone calls and even being able to reach someone for answers, the customer service terrible. Not only did this happen to us but also our insurance company. The promised dates were not even close to what was done. The price doubled from originally quoted. While I understand that things can come up, proper communication could have gone a long way. I no longer have faith in the Yark name.
