I only dealt with Norm and Erin, and I consider both to be top-notch. Norm even took my estimate home with him to be prepared in case my insurance company called. Erin was always responsive to my calls and was quick to call back if she wasn’t able to pick up. I had a handful of friends tell me to go to Carter’s, and I’m glad I listened to them!
