Took my car to get a dent fixed on passenger side door had to be replaced had no issue with that I wasn’t getting no notifications that they said was sent out every Tuesday or Thursday I had to keep calling the last 3 days their phone was down so had to pull up and older man stated the phones are up but stated that now it’s still in detail and it has been in detail that it should be ready the next day called next day phones were still down had to pull up again bc like I said I wasn’t getting no updates then older man confirmed the phones were down when I told him this the day before he stated the car was still in detail that Cameron will call me or text me to let me know when it’s ready ok fine waited until 4pm nothing so I called again and phones were finally up spoke to Cameron and stated my car has been ready, then why didn’t I get a call or text got my car checked it out at home notice all inside my brand new car was all white hard dust black finger prints on the top of the roof inside which I had to clean idk why it was in detail that long if it was dirty notice the side mirrors driver side and passenger side were cloudy I tried to clean it thinking it was just dust it wouldn’t come off then idk why on driver side door when there was no issues on that side the sliver part of the door as well is cloudy with fingerprints that doesn’t come off I noticed there was a scratch of black marks in the back of my car that was never there due to my car being out of the dealership a month then the door that was replaced has it had small dots which I don’t mind for but over all the people at the location were friendly
