In our previous experience with Carworx we got regular updates, but this time nothing until halfway through the 2nd week, and only then because I called. However, Cayleigh explained that she had been handling the office work alone, I totally understood. From then on she was spot on, just like the first experience we had.

Was throwing a curve by the delay and getting a headlight initially and then the fact it had to be re-ordered once we receive. Situation was explained to me you worked very well with me to allow me to have the car over the weekend when nothing was needing to be done I’m headed back to me less than a day after I returned it to you, I am very satisfied with your work and if you hadn’t pointed out the issue with the headlight, I’m pretty sure it might’ve been a long time before I would have noticed it.
