Shannon was great! Just upset that I went to pick up my car and my skid plate wasn’t the right color. The gentlemen argued with me about the color, saying they matched, when the clearly didn’t. He also told me the bumper protection sticker wasn’t mine and “didn’t fit on this car.” And that I didn’t originally have on. I was upset because he tried to argue with me. I had original photos and knew what was on my car. He later looked at photos and admitted the color match scanner didn’t alway capture colors correctly and that the bumper protection sticker WAS supposed to be on my car. I was upset that he originally told me “it doesn’t even fit on your car.” Not only did I go to pick up my car, even if the skid plate color was correct, my car wasn’t fully completed because the bumper protector sticker was in my trunk not placed. I understand part delays. That i wasn’t upset with. It was more the argument/disagreement with the gentlemen about the color match and bumper protector sticker. I’m happy Shannon made it right.
