The communication from the team, and specifically my contact, David, was top notch. They kept me informed of the repair status and got my vehicle back to me much earlier than the original estimated time frame. They were courteous and helped me get to the rental agency. Getting my vehicle back after having been cleaned and detailed was a nice gesture.

The car is running great. Thank you for fixing it and to whoever detailed it… That was an unexpected surprise, and thank you because it was a trashcan. I’m sorry about that, I use it as a commute car mostly and it has needed to be cleaned for a really long time.
