The receptionist always really hospitable and professional from the very first encounter to the last. The gentleman who took me to get my rental car was very friendly and informative about the center’s operations. However, I do feel that there could have been better communication about the progress of my car. The result of the work speaks for itself. My car looks fabulous. Over all I am very pleased with the service.

The repair is great. The people are friendly. The car wash was nice. But don’t tell me you vacuumed if it didn’t get done. It was okay that it wasn’t, just don’t want to be told it was and it wasn’t.
