The people I dealt with were amazing! Melinda was awesome with communicating the status of my repair throughout the process. She literally saved me $$$ by helping me file a claim through the other drivers insurance company. I would highly recommend Cascade Collision if you are ever in need of auto body repairs. My car looks fantastic!

Again, the communication and quality of work were outstanding. Melinda went above and beyond with helping me get information to have the other driver's insurance company pay for repairs.

The repairs look flawless!

Divots, scratches and bumps in paint that shouldn’t be there

We are really bummed with how it turned out:( There are scratches and bumps in paint, the paint isn’t smooth—- looks almost like a hammered/wavy appearance?, and glitter has been added, but in a super patchy, chunky, and inconsistent way. And because of the glitter added, now the parts we didn’t have painted look extra matte and don’t even match the rest of the car. It looks like a cheap DIY job gone bad:( we tried to live with it, but have had multiple people comment to us (completely unprompted) on how our car looks worse than when it went into the shop. We understand that black paint is difficult, but we expected much better than what we got. So disappointing.
