The whole experience was very positive. Older cars can be a challenge as far as getting parts, but after assessing what the Buick needed, Melinda Barney went right to the computer to check for parts availability, and she gave me a price for the total repair in a very short time. Very impressive! Cameron did an outstanding job for the body work. He is a master at his work! The old Buick looks great! The whole staff is friendly and professional!

To give a little history: I called a repair business that was closer to my home, but they rather rudely informed me that they don't deal with older vehicles and that they wouldn't be able to get all of the parts for my 2003 Buick. (not true) Stopping by another business, they were kind, but said they wouldn't have the estimate until later. Melinda Barney, at Cascade, gave me the estimate while I waited. I was impressed with that, so I decided to go with Cascade right on the spot.

This experience was the best I have EVER had with a collision repair place! Bryan kept me updated on the progress and saw to it that everything I mentioned was done. He is an excellent front line person,. They repainted sections of my car that were sun- damaged, and matched the paint perfectly with the other panels. My car literally looks like brand new, and even with several set-backs, it was done in 8 business days! They were also very reasonably priced, and warranty their paint jobs. They also gave me free touch-up paint. I couldn't be more pleased. There's really no reason to go anywhere else for autobody painting and repair. Thank-you,
