The team over there is great, they were knowledgeable. But unfortunately There wasn’t great communication on the status of my car. It took longer than originally planned (1 month) which was fine but I didn’t receive updates or communication from cascade directly, until after the expected finish date. Overall I’m easy going but I think a weekly check in would have made me feel a lot better overall. The car looks amazing no comments on the overall work.

Cameron and Melinda were fantastic to work with, they kept me up to date on my vehicle repair and when there was an issue with the finish coat being wavy, they fixed the issue with no questions asked. Cameron matched the red paint perfectly, and I would definitely come back to Cascade for any repair or paint matching that needs to be completed on your car.

Customer service was top notch. Melinda was super helpful with my quote and getting me taken care of with everything. One thing I would've preferred, would to be able to see the work before it was left out in a snow storm. Also, I noticed a small ding in my brand new tint, which was disappointing. Not the end of the world, and I'd still be a repeat customer.

The customer service is excellent. They always kept me informed as to where my car was in the process and even went way beyond expectations when I left my seat cushion behind. They offered to bring it to me or beat me anywhere in town and then when I went and picked it up Monday morning, Melinda met me at the front door holding it.

Everything was smooth and easy from the first time I drove in for a bid. Melinda assessed the car’s damage, James asked about a couple concerns and someone even came out to put plastic on my window since it was shattered. That same man came out to check things on pick up too. I wish I remembered his name. Very knowledgeable and helpful.

Amazing service, was confident on the repair from the beginning. They worked seamlessly with my insurance and had no problem helping me to the car rental company. When the repair went a day over the estimate they gave me, they called the rental company and made sure everything was in order. Would definitely come here again!
