Super friendly front desk staff. I am not sure who is on the texts but I had a lot of communication initially and was told that I would be kept up to date on my car being finished and it was on schedule to be done the 3rd. I did not have anyone contact me and I continued to reach out with no answer on when it would be completed. I then had a message at 4pm saying my car was done and the rental company said if I didn’t pick it up I would pay another daily fee. I was in an appointment and couldn’t come with that short notice. Also something is damaged on my car and I have not had a response about it.
