⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently had my 2025 Nissan Pathfinder repaired at Cascade Collision Repair in Eagle Mountain, and I could not be more pleased with the entire experience. From beginning to end, the level of professionalism, communication, attention to detail, and customer service was exceptional. I especially want to recognize Customer Service Representatives Valerie Martinez and Katie Ruse, as well as Office Manager Jonathan Martinez. Each of them was incredibly professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and proficient throughout the entire repair process. They made sure I was kept informed, treated me with genuine courtesy and respect, and took the time to ensure that everything was handled properly. The attention to detail was outstanding. Every aspect of the repair was handled in a thorough and professional manner, and my Pathfinder was completed and ready on time as promised. It is obvious that this team takes tremendous pride in both the quality of their work and the way they treat their customers. What impressed me most was how smooth and stress-free they made the entire process. Valerie, Katie, and Jonathan represented Cascade Collision Repair exceptionally well. Katie at Cascade went above and beyond to help us with our Tesla. I asked about previous paint damage and she kept me updated on if it could be buffed out. She told me that because it took only about 10 minutes to buff, I wasn’t going to be charged. I was so shocked and grateful! We will definitely be loyal customers if we have any future repairs.

Cascade Auto Repair is AMAZING!!! From start to finish, they walked me through the entire process, answered every question I had, and were incredibly punctual with their deadlines and next steps. This was my first auto repair experience, and it was hands-down some of the best white-glove service I’ve ever received. Valerie and the other office staff were absolutely wonderful and honestly the main reason for this glowing review. They were kind, communicative, professional, and made what could have been a stressful experience feel completely seamless. My vehicle was delivered right on time, and the only thing I have to come back for is a trim piece that is currently backordered. But even then, they went above and beyond, they temporarily installed a different-colored trim piece so I can continue going about my life and even run my car through the car wash while I wait. That level of thoughtfulness and customer service is something you just don’t see often anymore. I would recommend Cascade Auto Repair to anyone without hesitation!
