The massaging system is annoying and not functioning. You start receiving text massages every other day, that your car is going to be ready on the scheduled date. The day before I go to pick up my car. The text message says there is a delay and your car will be ready next week. Stop getting regular messages. Next message, the car is delayed another week. I call in to see what is going on. I am told they are still wait for the part. They don't know when the part will come in. I call back in on the day my car is scheduled to be picked up. No we have not received the part yet. The following week, I receive a call that my car is ready to be picked up. No messages telling me that they received the part and when the car would be ready. I had left that day to work in Idaho, so I could not pick up the car. If I knew it was going to be ready I would have pickup the car before I left

Every time I have brought a vehicle in to Cascade the timeline is longer than other facilities and the original quote is always way lower than all the others. I believe this is done on purpose to make sure that Cascade gets the job and then they add in extras once they have started. This repair almost doubled in price. The other 2 locations that I got quotes from are almost identical to the final price. I was forced to use Cascade by the insurance company. I would have rather gone elsewhere where I know they give more accurate bids and shorter timelines.

I just picked up my truck and couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. The work looks great, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. The service was excellent, especially Megan, who helped me through the whole process and kept me informed along the way. She was friendly, helpful, and made everything much easier than I expected. I really appreciate the great work and customer service. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing repairs!

Cascade Collision were amazing to work with. My car was hit in a parking lot on the drivers side door and I couldn’t get in or out of it. Cascade were able to get it so it would open for me so I could drive it. They walked me through the ‘third party’ payment for the damage process. Everything was so smooth. They scheduled my car in for while we were on vacation for 2 weeks and had my car all finished and back to it’s beautiful self the day we got home. Cascade were great at communicating and giving me updates throughout the process. I would 100% recommend Cascade Collision, they are professional, knowledgeable , and very personable.
