I am concerned about water intrusion into our car due to the gaps still seen between the antenna and roof. When we originally came to pick it up, we noticed the gap was still there and the team took it back for another day to better “seat” the antenna. The main reason we proceeded with body work to fix the roof and antenna. I think the shop is a good one, which is why I came here now and have in the past, but this final delivery still leaves me with concerns that the fix will fail when we go through a pressurized water car wash and will result in larger issues down the road. I like the team at Cascade, but good customer service won’t make up for the headaches and the need for remedies and rental cars down the road. On a related but not important note - I also noticed there were marker or grease pen notes on the back passenger panel I had to buff out with a detailing cream to remove. The pen notes said “C. C.”

The team and estimator were great - I just feel like they haven’t been able to fix this issue; although they say they are comfortable that there are seals to prevent water from coming in.
