Facility is in the process of closing and I didn't find out until I went to pick up my vehicle. Caused a bit of confusion. The price was about $1,000 more that what was quoted. The bulk of that was because the part being replaced didn't have a wrap film included in the initial bid. Suggest that they provide an updated bid prior to executing the work. I definitely wanted the part wrapped and the price was reasonable. The other price increases were small part increases. I don't like being surprised when I show up to pick up my vehicle.

I brought my 2022 f350 home and parked it. I haven't used it since. I was leaving in my other vehicle yesterday and walked by the rear end of my f350 and noticed white over spray on the rear passenger side. I called the shop that had my truck and I'm bringing it in Friday.

This is the first time I have used Cascade since they bought the prior company. My F150 got dented by another driver in a parking lot and wanted to pay without using their insurance. Got a quote very quickly. They worked with the other driver directly to get parts ordered in advance to reduce shop time. Actual repair went smoothly and I was able to pick it up a few days later. They did a good job keeping me informed on status and cleaned the truck before I picked it up. All in all a great experience.

My car was returned to me and was not repaired. I had to have you come get it to fix it completely. Then I had huge issues getting another rental through you guys. The only reason I was able to have a car for the weekend (this happened on a Friday) was because I left work in the middle of my shift and ubered down to the shop after hours hoping to find someone there and was lucky someone was still there

It took two months to complete the repairs due to the transmission also needing replaced. The extended timeline was difficult for us because of the cost of car rentals. However the work seems to have been done correctly and everything so far seems to be working correctly.

Came in to get my drivers side replaced. They replaced the passenger side. Cascade ended up ordering a new driver side mirror. And when I went back in to get it replaced they put the old passenger mirror back one and it is broken and scratched and the drivers side is still chipped
