Communication was absolutely subpar. Again, that white goo. What is it and how do I remove it? It’s on the rear driver side door and window and above the driver’s door.

I’m KATHY YOUNG. I’m the owner. Heather is my daughter. That said, there’s some white goo on the driver’s door and the rear driver side door. Due to that crazy weather the day I picked my car up, I didn’t do a walk around and one should have been offered.

I've taken my car to Cacade Collision and I'm happy with the results. The staff is easy to work with. They send you messages to let you knowyour cars progress and when it will be completed. They call Ed the car rental place do my ride was there quickly. I loved that I picked up my car all I had to do was gove the rental keys to Cascade & they took care of getting it back to Enterprise. So Easy and convenient.

Cascade collision was very professional. They were very clear in what was happening and what they were doing and what to expect. We felt that our vehicle was taken care of and that we knew exactly what was happening with it the whole time, and when it would be done several days before it was done so we could plan for that. We were really happy with cascade collision.

Cascade collision was great to work with. The staff was friendly and clear they printed out exactly what they thought needed to be fixed and gave us a quote. They kept in contact with this continually through the process to ensure we knew when our car would be done.. They worked with the rental agency to ensure we were taken care of.. the staff was super positive and helpful and very friendly and we really feel like we were taking care of. They did a fantastic job.!
