The repairs were completed in a timely manor. The car was cleaned inside and out. It looked great from the right side,but,from the front it looks kind of strange. The right headlight has been polished,but the left is still cloudy. It would have been nice if it had been polished too. You could have called me to ask if I wanted it polished while you were doing the right one.

Cascade did an amazing job on our car. Not only that, they worked with our insurance agency so good and were able to actually save us money by repairing some of the damage in a different way than they estimated. WHO DOES THAT? They did. I'll be bringing all of my car repairs here. Trust and great work win my business.

The truck looks like new. And the repairs were done a lot earlier than the original estimation, which was a great plus. Unfortunately, this is the third time I've had to have my trucks repaired. Fortunately, all three time have been with John Chevalier/Cascade Collision. The work is impeccable.

The whole experience with Cascade Collision was horrible. I will never take my car there again and will let everyone I know to NEVER take there car there. It was the worst expereince I have ever had with my car.

Customer service was horrible. Chad kept telling me my car will be done and then it wasn't. He told me 3 different dates it would be done. My car was there for a little over 2 months. So ridiculous!!!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!
