The car repair was excellent! The paint is spot on. The payment estimateor needs some help, on my condition the estimated copay remained $0.00 throughout the repair. Possibly because of a disconnect with the Insurance company (progressive). I brought cash to pay for extra repairs I requested. Not including the deductible, because of the balance indicated from estimateor app. To my embarrassment on the day of claiming my car this amount was updated to an appropriate amount. I was able to walk to my bank to obtain the remaining amount. But where a exact amount for cashier's check or cash was requested, having an accurate exact amount as you could see would be very very important. If the deductible is uncertain the estimate should indicate to check with my insurance company. To prevent confusion and disgruntled service complaints. Thank you for your service! The truck is great, repairs look great.. But I didn't like the price change 3 times.. It went from a bid of 3100.00 to a total of 4900.00... That's rediculous...
