I thought the repair and communication was really good and I was impressed. What I didn't love was that when I got my car back, there was popcorn, kernels, and some napkins in the car. I had gotten my car detailed a few days before and we had not eaten popcorn in there, so that was annoying and frustrating to see. But the actual repair was good!

I wish they had washed my car though so it was all shiny. That's what other collision repair companies do. Or at least the last one when someone rear-ended me. That's a really nice touch. But the job was completed satisfactorily.
