The Jeep looks like new and nothing ever happened. The only issue would be the Grand Cherokee emblem was back ordered, not the fault of the body shop.

I wrote a very nice, complimentary experience we had and, for whatever reason it wouldn’t let me send it. I’ll try again. Wish I could repeat exactly what I said, but we were happy with our experience from start to finish. Chad was very kind to get us started and when we got our car.back today we were happy with how it looked. The job. was done well, it was clean, and it felt like we had a brand new car! Skyler took care of the business end very well. He explained everything that had been done, took care of the deductible, and brought the car around to us . He was even kind enough to help me with the seat and mirrors to where they originally were. We thank everyone who worked on our Edge and we now have it home! The team at the Ogden-Riverdale location took the edge off an unfortunate automotive situation, as they were polite and professional throughout the entire process, and the flow of timely status updates was greatly appreciated. The body areas that required attention were worked and color matched perfectly and mechanical items returned to original specifications. Ogden-Riverdale office Team politely received me when I approached the front counter, gathered the required vehicle and personal information, and promptly conducted a preliminary assessment, so, I would have the requested “ballpark” dollar figure; and I acknowledged a more detailed quote would follow. The quote was emailed in a timely manner and the front office Team was available to answer my phone call for further discussion. Update text messages we received from the front office Team, which was very nice to have, as from the customers standpoint it provided assurance the repair process was in motion. A finished text message was also sent, with a follow-up phone call from the front office Team, to answer any questions about the repairs, final bill, and allow me to determine the pick up day and estimated time.
