The repair itself looks great. The communication or lack thereof was the biggest issue I had.

The actual repair seems fine but there seem to be a lot of scratches to the interior that I don't remember being there before the vehicle was turned over to Cascade.

The mobile schedule texts were helpful but many times they indicated that there were no delays and that the repair was on track only later (even after the date the repair was scheduled to be completed) was I notified that the repair was delayed to a new date. Sometimes the notification didn't come until days after the last communication.

From the first time I went in, Chad and his team were awesome and made me feel at home, as if I was at a mom and pop shop. The quality of the repair was great and very thorough. Cheyenne kept me up to date as how the repairs were going and even stayed late, so I could get my vehicle picked up. I would definitely recommend them to all my friends and family.
